Night frost sprinkling: sprinkling against frost damage blossom fruit trees

The past week we have seen it again: when there is frost, there must be raining. Many of our (end) customers have been working on this again during the night. To prevent the buds and blossoms from freezing, the fruit growers spray the trees with water. If it freezes, the water forms a protective layer around it. It produces beautiful pictures again as seen here. At Salco we hope that all this (until ice saints have left the country ..) is another prelude to a good harvest, both in volume and price for this season. And then safe storage behind a Salco # CA-ULO door. Salco wishes all fruit growers the best of luck in the coming months! For more information about CA-ULO doors click here.
